Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from IK Tourism.

2. Payment: Balance payment must be made as per the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation. Delay in payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation: Cancellation charges will apply as per the policies of the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers. Some services may be completely non-refundable.

4. Changes: Any changes to the confirmed itinerary, hotels, transport, or other services are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

5. Hotel & Room: Hotel check-in/check-out will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, special requests, and specific room views are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Transportation & Sightseeing: Vehicle usage and sightseeing will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary. Extra kilometres, waiting time, parking, tolls, permits, entry fees, or other additional expenses, if applicable, will be payable by the client.

7. Travel Documents: Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identity documents, passports, visas, permits, and other required documents. IK Tourism will not be responsible for issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.

8. Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for unused meals, sightseeing, transfers, hotel nights, tickets, or other services due to personal reasons or changes made by the traveller.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances: IK Tourism shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, disruptions, or additional expenses caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, political situations, transport disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

10. Acceptance: Payment of the booking amount confirms that the client has read, understood, and accepted the above Terms & Conditions.
